Kav Mashve is an Israeli non-profit organization which aims to promote a business environment that is open and provides equal employment opportunities for Arab university graduates within the Israeli business sector. The organization was founded in 2007 by Mr. Dov Lautman, who was a prominent Israeli industrialist. Kav Mashve was established in response to the low employment rates of Arab university graduates in the business sector. It argues that increasing Arab presence in places of employment is a win-win situation for Jews and Arabs, and that Arab graduates are as qualified as their Jewish colleagues and should be able to fulfil their career aspirations.
Employers will gain committed qualified employees and benefit from a diversity of thought and knowledge, Arab college graduates will gain equal opportunities and a chance to realise their potential, and Israeli society will implement principles of civil equality fundamental to a democratic state.
